Governor Ali Bunow Korane officially launched the Garissa County Scholarship Fund at Garissa Library, establishing a KShs. 60 million fund to support 2,243 students in 101 colleges and universities. The fund was publicly launched to ensure transparency and accountability and was distributed fairly by the County Scholarship Committee.
